Research on Roman pottery workshops of the Eastern Adriatic presented at Ptuj’s colloquy

At the 1st International Archaeological Conference “New Discoveries between the Alps and the Black Sea” held at Ptuj (Slovenia) research on Roman pottery workshops in the Province Dalmatia, contacted within the RED project, has been presented. With this first attempt to sum up all know data on pottery production in Dalmatia, particular attention has been payed on the workshop’s location features and their communication possibilities. Research results published since 2005 have been combined and presented to the international scientific community, alongside with future research perspective being carried out within the RED project framework.
